Two Sisters Remembered During Half Time

More Video...

A community continues to mourn the tragic deaths of two sisters killed in a car crash.

Friday night was supposed to be the homecoming game for Harrison County High School; until a tragic accident this week claimed the lives of two students.

The homecoming events were postponed until October after two sisters, Jennifer and Sarah Riggs died Monday night on their way to a soccer game.

Friday night students, friends, and family members paid tribute to the two girls at half-time.

The student walked the field with glow sticks while a musical number was played.

Harrison County's homecoming activities have been re-scheduled for October 26th.

A memorial fund has also been set up at Farmers National Bank in Cynthiana to help the family pay for funeral expenses.

Sarah and Jennifer were such great girls never did either of them have a frown on their face. Their death is such a tragedy but i feel sure that they were ready to meet their LORD.
