Parents Arrested For Child's Death

Police in Breathitt county have arrested the parents of the 10 -month-old baby boy after a grand jury indicted 24 year old Karen Miller and 33 year old Robert Miller for the murder of Braxton Miller back in June.
This comes after police say the baby died of a meth overdose.
At first, the police and coroner could not figure out how Miller died.
The coroner says the autopsy showed no abnormal findings, but when they got the toxicology results back, they determined Braxton Miller was killed by a methadone overdose.
The case was turned over to the grand jury who have since indicted the parents on murder.
Both Karen and Robert Miller are being held on a $175, 000 bond.

Children can get into things really easily, when you turn your head for a second things can happen. Do you really believe any parent would intentionally let this happen? I know that these parents would not. You should watch what you say before you judge people

Why is everyone so angry? There is no evidence to prove that the Miller's committed the crime, perhaps we should not jump to conclusions so soon.

I am so glad that everyone her can judge so well. I just bet that everyone here lives a perfect life and with that thought nothing bad will happen. The system is to blame. Family for not getting the people help. As for love, drugs can turn the best of people into addicts. This goes to show you that if you turn your head your child can get hurt really bad. I guess doctors need to make sure that people who are on medication are not allowed to have custody of their children.

Both parents have no right to have anymore kids. Put both in jial and throw the key away. Sickos to do that a child.

if people who did stuff like this were automatically given the death penalty - and IF it were actually carried out- this $h1t would stop.

My thoughts exactly, Jake. Give it time and some fool will be on here talking about how it was an accident, those people loved their kid, blah blah blah.

There is no punishment good enough for people like this! ANYONE that harms a innocent child should be shown NO MERCY!!!!! Their judgement day is coming! And I sure wouldn't want to be in their shoes.May this little angel rest in peace.

death!!! thats what they deserve..and it was there fault but i can't wait to read the message that they loved this baby and were good people, no they were losers and they loved themselves more than that baby or they would have stopped the drugs....
