Police Find Drugs During Chase

Lexington Police made a big find early Monday morning when a police chase went through a neighborhood.

Police were following a car that wouldn't stop along Pleasant Ridge Drive in the Hamburg area.

The driver finally stopped on Colorado Road and was arrested.

During the case, officers say they noticed the driver toss something out the window.

Police say they searched the area and say they found a large amount of crack cocaine.

The driver's name hasn't been released.

Why haven't they released the name of this person? What kind of "rules" do they go by when releasing the names of people arrested? Is WKYT going to get the name of this person?
