Berea Police are on the scene of an active one-step meth lab in a residential area.

The lab was found Wednesday afternoon on Cassius Court. It was found in an attached garage of a home people were currently living in.

Three people have been charged. Two were arrested at the home. One was arrested by Richmond Police, following a traffic stop in which they found a mobile meth lab in the car.

All three were also charged with animal cruelty. Four dogs were found in the home, one was in a cage next to the meth lab. That dog had burned from chemicals used in the meth lab.
