SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A Scott County man is behind bars after a meth lab bust. The Scott County's Sheriff's Office found the meth lab at a home on Indian Creek road in Sadieville around 1 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Three people were inside the home at the time, deputies charged 51-year-old William Dillion with making meth. The Scott County Sheriff says a source led deputies to the home.

Sheriff Tony Hampton says the crime put everyone in the area at risk, "Obviously everyone in the house, the first responders being us...meth labs are dangerous. There's a lot of toxic chemicals used in these and everybody involved is in danger, including the suspect."

The Kentucky State Police hazardous response unit was also called in to decontaminate the house.
