Anderson County crash leaves debris, including food, on road

ANDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A collision Monday afternoon on the Bluegrass Parkway left a lot of debris on the road, including food.

It happened in Anderson County in the eastbound lanes when state police tell us one semi sideswiped another tractor trailer.

That truck was parked in the emergency lane, loaded with bread products.

"One vehicle was carrying, I believe it was bread, hotdog buns, hamburger buns and another vehicle was carrying toyota car seat parts," Trooper Matthew Rogers told WKYT.

No one was injured in that crash, but around one mile down, at another wreck, a passenger was taken to UK Hospital.

Police tell us that vehicle, loaded with large rolls of aluminum, turned over, because it was traveling too fast on an exit ramp.
