Traffic is moving once again along a busy Lexington road.
Police shut down part of New Circle between Alumni and Tates Creek early Thursday morning after they say a truck rear-ended a car, flipping it into a ditch. No one was seriously injured.
Police say Christopher Abner, 29, caused the crash. He's charged with aggravated DUI and fleeing and evading. Police caught up with him on Tates Creek and Malibu after he ran from the scene.
