Bell County clerk indicted by grand jury

BELL COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A Bell County grand jury has returned indictments against Bell County Clerk Becky Blevins and two of her employees.

The grand jury charged Blevins with three counts of abusing public trust and one count of criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Kayla Carnes and Connie Watkins are also facing forgery-related charges.

The indictments say the charges relate to forged documents on vehicle transfers in Bell County.
