Central Bank customers asked to not use debit cards

Lexington, Ky. (WKYT) - Customers at a local bank are being told not to use their debit cards.

Managers at Central Bank say there is a service outage from their processor.

The problems began early Wednesday.

The bank says that if customers try to use their cards at an ATM, the ATM will retain the card.

Managers say they are working to resolve the issue.
