HODGENVILLE, Ky. (WKYT) - The mayor of a central Kentucky city has been indicted on theft and abusing public trust charges.
A grand jury indicted Hodgenville Mayor Terry Cruse on Monday. The city's clerk, Madonna Hornback, was also indicted on theft and abusing public trust charges.
Neither have been taken into custody, and both are scheduled to be in court next month. Investigators say the charges stem from the misuse of city gas cards.
