LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A daycare worker accused of abusing a child is set to face a judge.
Lexington police arrested Ebonie Washington, 30, and charged her with first degree criminal abuse. Court documents show Washington is accused of locking a four-year-old child in the bathroom at "Next Generation Daycare" on Industry Road.
Washington is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Lexington.
