CORBIN, Ky. (WKYT) - Deputies have issued an alert for southern Kentucky businesses to be aware of an armed robber.

Investigators say the same man has hit two gas stations in the past week, and they're concerned others could become a victim.

Deputies say the same BP gas station in the North Corbin area of Laurel County has been robbed twice

Investigators have released this surveillance photo of the suspect, and police say surveillance may be released on Wednesday.

Laurel deputies say the suspect is a man in his 40's with a beard. They think he's someone local, and probably lives in the area.

People who work for other gas stations in the area say they are taking extra precautions to make sure they are not a victim.

In both robberies, the suspect pointed a gun at the clerk., and said "give me your money".

No one was hurt in the robberies.
