WASHINGTON (AP) - The Federal Reserve likely will decide to keep borrowing costs at record lows when it meets this week.
The Fed has said it would keep its key short-term interest rate near zero at least until the unemployment rate dips below 6.5 percent. Right now it's 7.6 percent.
The Fed meets today and Wednesday.
