LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - A former Kentucky Transportation Cabinet employee has filed a lawsuit claiming she endured sexual comments and was told to clean up the blood of a dead deer.
The Lexington Herald-Leader (http://bit.ly/1aA7ChQ ) reports the suit by Stacy Smith also alleges a supervisor exposed himself to her and urinated on her foot.
Cabinet spokesman Chuck Wolfe says the cabinet is investigating the allegations by Smith, who worked in the Cumberland County office.
The suit was filed recently in Franklin Circuit Court.
Smith alleges her supervisor, who is not named in the suit, talked in front of her about women's bodies and sexual topics.
The suit says the supervisor once dragged the bloody head of a deer past her desk, put it in the men's room and told her to clean up the blood.
