LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - The fountains at Lexington's Thoroughbred Park are working again, just in time for the Fourth of July.
Last weekend, Lexington Parks & Recreation officials say copper thieves stole more than 20 fountain heads from the fountains.
The theft knocked the fountains out of operation.
The city estimated repairs will cost around $10,000.
The fountains were turned on again again Thursday afternoon.
