Grand jury indicts former community center employees in Somerset

SOMERSET, Ky. (WKYT) - A grand jury has indicted three former employees of the Oakwood Community Center in Somerset as part of a patient abuse investigation.

Coty King and Timothy Ball have been charged with knowingly abusing or neglecting an adult. Cody Burton is charged with complicity in the case.

Investigators say King encouraged two patients to fight each other while using a cell phone to record it.

They say Burton took part in the incident, but didn't report it. They say Ball was involved in another incident King staged.
