High school football players recovering after violent crash

SOMERSET, Ky. (WKYT) - Two high school football players seriously injured in a crash last week are recovering at UK Hospital.

Will Hinton and Jacobi Gilmore's coach tells WKYT Hinton had surgery on his pelvis Monday, and Gilmore is moving around with the help of a wheelchair.

UK Hospital tells us Gilmore has been upgraded to fair condition.
