Hundreds of guests had to be evacuated from Louisville's Crowne Plaza Hotel Thursday.
Wind gusts up to 65 miles per hour ripped off part of the hotel's roof, and the debris damaged many vehicles in the parking lot.
The top four floors had to be evacuated because sprinklers went off inside many of the rooms.
Many of those displaced were allowed to stay the night in the nearby Galt House.
