Lexington boy injured in fall at pool improving

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - We're told a four-year-old boy injured after falling off a high dive and into the concrete at a Lexington pool is doing better.

Tristan Thompson broke his jaw in three places in the accident at Woodland Park Pool over the weekend.

Thompson's father says the boy had a surgery on his jaw Tuesday morning at Kentucky Children's Hospital.

He's expected to be released from the hospital soon.
