Some Lexington city services will be affected by the tomorrow's holiday.
The Fayette County Health Department will be closed, those who receive trash collection services on Monday will get theirs taken on Wednesday, the Libraries will be closed, district and circuit courts will both be closed, and there will be no mail delivery.
