Lexington man charged in shooting from last April

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Nearly a year after a shooting on North Limestone, Police have charged a man in Lexington.

26-year-old Roberto Garcia-Munoz is charged with first degree assault.

According to count documents, police say they found the victim inside a home on North Limestone last April.

The victim had two gunshot wounds to his leg and a gunshot wound to his arm.

Garcia-Munoz will be arraigned Thursday afternoon.
