Lexington restaurant manager accused of sexual abuse faces new charges

A Lexington restaurant manager, accused of sexually abusing a teenage employee, now faces more charges.

Lexington Police say Stephen Habermehl, 30 had sex with a 15-year-old female employee. Now, police say, he also gave a 15-year-old employee marijuana.

Along with sexual abuse and sodomy, police have now charged Habermehl with two counts of unlawful transaction with a minor. Police say he was a manager of one of the Culver's in Lexington.
