LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - It's another bottle for another good cause, this one benefitting the Gill Heart Institute at UK HealthCare.

Makers Mark will donate the proceeds, which are estimated to be 175 thousand dollars.

That money will help build a dedicated cardiovascular medicine patient floor in the UK Albert B. Chandler Hospital's new Pavilion A.

UK basketball great Dan Issel was asked what he thought about the latest bottle design bearing his image.

"They asked me for some input, but when I saw the first sketch, I thought it was great. I never looked that good even when I played at UK, so I'm very happy with the bottle," Issel said laughing.

Maker's Mark will produce 20 thousand numbered, limited edition bottles that will be available state-wide this Friday.

If you manage to grab one of those limited-edition bottles, you can get it signed by Issel himself at Keeneland on Friday, April 12th starting at 6:30 a.m.
