LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Police have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
Lexington police arrested Burnice Holt, Jr. Sunday.
Police say they recovered DNA evidence to back up the victim's statement.
Holt is charged with second degree sodomy and is waiting arraignment.
