Mayor to discuss new LEXserv billing program

Lexington, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington Mayor Jim Gray hopes to clear up any questions about a new bill going out to most residents.

A news conference in schedule for Friday afternoon to discuss details of the new LEXserv billing program.

For years, Kentucky American Water has billed customers for their water and related sewer fees. Now the city is taking over the sewer, landfill and water quality management fees.
