LONDON, Ky. (WKYT/WYMT) - The case of one Laurel County man accused of murder will be heard by a grand jury.
Last week police say Sean Messer stabbed and killed his girlfriend Pamela Bobbitt in front of her children.
Police say Bobbitt and Messer got into an argument before the stabbing took place.
He pleaded not guilty last week.
