Overturned semi blocks Lincoln County road

STANFORD, Ky. (WKYT) - A southern Kentucky road is blocked, after a semi overturned.

It happened around 5:00 a.m. Wednesday on Highway 150 between Stanford and Danville, near Hanging Ford Bridge.

Dispatchers say the road is down to one lane for both eastbound and westbound traffic. There is a detour in place.

At 7:00 a.m., dispatchers said it could take a few more hours before the road is reopened.
