Police looking for men suspected of assaulting teen during home invasion

Police are asking for your help to find two men who broke into a home and assaulted a 15-year-old.

The home invasion happened July 26 at a home on Goggin Lane in Boyle County.

According to the Boyle County Sheriff's Office, a man wearing a mask forced his way into the home. We're told the 15-year-old was assaulted when he confronted the man. During the assault, the teenager was able to pull the man's mask off. He recognized the man and told police the man's name is Austin Cox. He's also known as Neal Cox.

The Sheriff's Office says Cox was able to grab a Playstation console before he left. He also threw a large concrete block through a rear door window.

We're told he had a tan or pewter Jeep Cherokee waiting for him. The 15-year-old told investigators he recognized the getaway driver as John Ganem.

Investigators consider Cox and Ganem armed and dangerous. If you see them, you're asked to call police.
