Police arrest man suspected of flashing boy in Somerset Walmart

SOMERSET, Ky. (WKYT) - Police have arrested a man suspected of flashing a child inside the Somerset Walmart on February 13.

Police say video that aired on WKYT and pictures posted on social media sites generated a tremendous amount of tips.

On Thursday afternoon, police arrested Drew Irvine, 24, of Science Hill.

Police tell us Irvin exposed himself to an 11-year-old boy. According to investigators, Irvin approached the boy in a toy aisle, asked if he would like to buy diapers, then flashed the boy when he said no.

The 11-year-old ran off and reported the incident to a store employee. The employee helped him find his mother and called police.

Police tell us they think the victim was chosen at random.

Police say they cannot released what Irvin told them, but say their investigation is continuing. They tell us there could be more victims and more charges filed.
