Police make quick arrest in park robbery

It didn't take long for police to arrest a man they say attacked and robbed someone in a park Friday night.

Lexington police say 24-year-old Scotty Matlock robbed a man in Phoenix Park around 6:30 p.m.

But thanks to some witnesses, police say they tracked Matlock down to Vine and Limestone, where they arrested him.

Police told 27 NEWSFIRST they've charged Matlock with robbery.

We're told the victim went to the hospital with serious injuries.
