Prestonsburg police arrest two after child abuse investigation

Two Eastern Kentucky business owners are facing child abuse charges.

PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (WKYT) - Two Eastern Kentucky business owners are facing child abuse charges.

Prestonburg police say they were notified by Prestonburg Elementary School about possible child abuse.

Their investigation led them to arrest a man and woman at their business, OP Nail Salon.

Police have not released the names of the suspects or their relationship to the children at this time.

The children have been placed in emergency protective custody.
