Two minimum-security inmates, Timothy D. Bowling and Sammy L. Chilton, walked away this week from the Bell County Forestry Camp.
Timothy D. Bowling was serving a seven year sentence for Trafficking, Theft and Receiving Stolen Property in Harlan County. He would have been eligible for parole in January 2013. Timothy D. Bowling is a 37-year-old white male, 6’0”, 160 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Sammy L Chilton was serving a five year sentence for 1st Degree Trafficking in Marshall County. He would have been eligible for parole in February 2013. Sammy L Chilton is a 28-year-old white male, 5’ 8”, 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
