Three injured in Boyle County crash

BOYLE COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - The Boyle County Sheriff's Office is investigating a two vehicle collision over the weekend.

Deputies, as well as Boyle County EMS and Boyle County Fire, responded to the crash on Lexington Road, near Taylor Road, around 5:00 p.m. Saturday.

According the sheriff's office, a 2002 Toyota Avalon, driven by William Rich, 70, of Danville was westbound on Lexington Road when it crossed the centerline and hit a 2009 Lexus ES350. The Lexus, driven by 21-year-old Kiana Fields of Georgetown, went off the roadway, into a ditch, and then rolled at least once.

Rich and Fields were both treated on the scene for minor injuries. Fields' passenger, which was her mother, was treated on the scene and then taken to EMRMC for injuries. The extent of her injuries are unknown.
