LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A traffic light on a heavily travelled road caused some traffic slowdowns Tuesday morning at Bryan Station road.
Lexington Police were out directing traffic on Bryan Station Road Tuesday morning because of a traffic light, they believe has been vandalised.
The light, which was meant to be a temporary fix was out early tuesday morning.
What made matters worse is that police say there was no name or number on the equipment.
So early morning Tuesday, officers will be at both ends of the Bryan Station bridge, acting as traffic control.
The signals and road work are all part of a project expected to last several weeks.
