LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A trailer used to feed the needy in Lexington has been stolen.

Bill and Marietta Messer were on their way to church Sunday when they noticed their sixteen foot flat bed trailer was missing from their driveway.

The couple runs a ministry feeding the hungry, and they use the trailer to move supplies from a food bank to Grace Baptist Church.

They say the stolen trailer is hurting their efforts to help others.

Marietta says, "Not sure what we're going to do because we have no way to haul the food that we need to cook and prepare the sacks of food."

So far, police have not made any arrests in this case.
