GREENUP COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) -- Two people wanted in another state for child neglect, which resulted in death were arrested here in Kentucky.
Kentucky State Police say Byron Morrison and Pearl Christian, were wanted in West Virginia, and police caught up with them at a funeral in Raceland.
Morrison and Christian were both arrested and taken to the greenup detention center.
