TAYLOR COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A woman accused of identity theft in Texas has been arrested in central Kentucky.
The Taylor County Sheriff's Office says they arrested 66-year-old Lois Carter, of Campbellsville, Tuesday afternoon.
Investigators say Carter tried to use a credit card that she received through fraud.
Carter has been charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument.
