President introduces Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan

WASHINGTON - President Barack Obama introduces Supreme Court
nominee Elena Kagan to the nation, billing her as a worthy
successor to liberal John Paul Stevens and, like him, a unifying
force for a fractured high court and a champion of the average
American. She would be the youngest justice and give the court
three women for the first time.
