FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - The Kentucky attorney general's office has created a mobile-friendly website that allows users to access information on issues such as consumer protection and cyber safety.
Attorney General Jack Conway's office says consumers are able to file general consumer complaints, student complaints and rate intervention complaints through a home computer or mobile device.
The agency also streamlined the online complaint process, making complaints easier and faster to file.
The mobile-ready website at http://ag.ky.gov also has links to Conway's monthly column, newsletter, podcasts, press releases and social media pages.
