FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Former Republican Party Chairwoman Ellen Williams and former Democratic Party Chairman Terry McBrayer will be lobbying Frankfort lawmakers together.
MML&K Government Solutions Director Sean Cutter announced Monday that Williams has joined McBrayer's firm.
The move puts two of Kentucky's most recognizable political figures together in one firm.
McBrayer, a former state lawmaker, led the state Democratic Party when former Democratic Gov. Paul Patton was elected.
Williams, former commissioner of the Governor's Office for Local Development under former Gov. Ernie Fletcher, has also worked as a congressional aide and a White House aide.
