HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. (AP) - Ahead of November's elections, Kentucky's secretary of state will give a talk about the state of Kentucky's civic health.
Alison Lundergan Grimes is scheduled to give a free public address on the subject Wednesday at Northern Kentucky University.
In March, Grimes released the state's first "Civic Health Index," in which she warned civic engagement in Kentucky is declining.
The talk is scheduled for 2 p.m. EDT in the University Center Otto Budig Theater.
