Police have a suspect in custody accused of violent robberies in Lexington.
Police arrested 18-year-old Kenneth Boone, Junior.
Investigators say he's connected to at least two robberies where victims were attacked.
Newsfirst talked to one of the victims who said, several men approached him outside his home on East Seventh Street, asking for a lighter.
When he tried to help them, he says they turned on him, robbed him, and beat him with a gun.
Detectives say there are at least 'five' similar robberies that may be related.
Police are still looking for the other suspects in these cases.

dcc - I am sure the police did not simply pick him up for helping an old lady walk across the street. Something caught the eye of the police, or a tip came in. He may be innocent of these crimes, but I would bet unrelated charges are coming for something.
