Former UK basketball coach, Billy Gillispie, is due to appear in a Kentucky courtroom, Monday morning.
Anderson County, Attorney Bobby Jo Lewis, says Gillispie will appear in person, but won't say why.
Lawrenceburg police arrested Gillispie for DUI, back in August.
Gillispie's attorney has said prosecutors offered his client a plea deal, but Lewis wouldn't comment on that.
Gillispie check himself in to a Texas rehab center last month.
