Jury finds Michael Jackson's doctor guilty of involuntary manslaughter

LOS ANGELES (AP) - A judge says the doctor convicted of
involuntary manslaughter in connection with Michael Jackson's death
will be held without bail until he is sentenced later this month.
Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor says Murray will be taken
into custody until he is sentenced on Nov. 29.
A seven-man, five-woman jury convicted Murray of being
substantially responsible for Jackson's June 2009 death on Monday
after less than nine hours of deliberations. He was handcuffed in
the courtroom.
The Houston-based cardiologist faces a possible sentence of
probation to four years behind bars. He will also lose his medical
license.
Murray was charged in February 2010 and has remained free on
bail.
