'Duck Dynasty' family responds to A&E decision

The family behind the reality show "Duck Dynasty" is responding to A&E's decision to suspend one of its stars over some controversial comments he made.

In an interview with GQ magazine Phil Robertson called gays 'sinners.'

In response, A&E put him on hiatus from the show.

In a statement Thursday night, the Robertson family said they're disappointed in A&E's decision and that they can't imagine the show going forward without Phil.

They say they're also in discussions with the channel about the future of the show.
