AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - The death toll is now three in the crash that marred this year's South By Southwest music festival.
A woman has died of injuries sustained when she was run down outside a music club last Thursday.
Authorities say the driver was fleeing police when he smashed through a barricade - then sped his car into a crowd in an Austin, Texas entertainment district.
Two people died at the scene and 21 others were hurt.
The woman who died Monday had been in critical condition since Thursday.
Rashad Owens is charged with capital murder and aggravated assault with a motor vehicle.
