Obama to Meet With Top Bankers

WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama meets with bank CEOs at
the White House today to talk about new financial regulations.
Days after his latest blast at Wall Street bonuses, the
president's huddling with bank chiefs about how they can help
revive the economy.
Press Secretary Robert Gibbs says Obama knows recovery won't
come without healthy banks.
Gibbs says Obama will seek an update on how credit markets are
faring. He'll also brief CEOs about new regulations aiming to avoid
a repeat of the market meltdown. And Obama will once again insist
that what he calls Wall Street's irresponsible "culture" must
change.
