A flurry of activity seen at Neverland Ranch

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Michael Jackson's mother is now temporary
guardian of his three children, and a will reportedly says he would
like that to be permanent.
A person with knowledge of the document says Jackson signed it
almost seven years ago. It puts his assets in a trust. It's
expected to be filed in a Los Angeles court today.
Meanwhile, heavy construction equipment and workers have been
moving about the Neverland Ranch. Santa Barbara County officials
say no final decisions have yet been made about holding a funeral
for Michael Jackson. But the flurry of activity is leading to
speculation a funeral or permanent memorial could be in the works.
