Blasts hit central Baghdad, killing at least 75

BAGHDAD (AP) - Iraqi police and medical officials now say at least four explosions have struck Baghdad.

At least 60 people are dead. As mnay as 300 are wounded.

The officials say a parked car bomb targeted a joint Iraqi police and army patrol near the finance ministry in northern Baghdad this morning.

AP Television News footage from inside parliament shows debris and broken glass from a blast in Baghdad's fortified Green Zone. It wasn't immediately clear what caused that explosion.

The Green Zone has often been a target of insurgent mortar and rocket attacks.
