Jackson doctor to surrender; fed up with DA

LOS ANGELES (AP) - A spokeswoman for Michael Jackson's doctor says Conrad Murray and his lawyers are fed up with waiting for the district attorney's office to make its move in the singer's death.

The spokeswoman says Murray will surrender today whether he's been charged or not. They're expecting an involuntary manslaughter charge.

She says the doctor has been ready since Tuesday to surrender to authorities and if he's not charged, he'll return to Houston where he has a practice.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore says Murray's arraignment will not take place today.
